BLADES AND TEETH
The reversible blades are reloaded on the two edges to double their working life. For the hard and abrasive grounds, teeth at double points carbides tungsten can be assembled in all the small pockets, that is to say in some. An alternative system of special supports with removable points carbides can be installed on the same wheel for very hard conditions.
COIL CUTTING
The solid wheel of cutting of large diameter comprises ten small pockets support for the blades which are firmly fixed by a pin.

CONTROL OF DEPTH
A hydraulic actuating cylinder allows the control of depth, either manually by the distributor double-effect of the tractor, or automatically by a laser. A graduated table, easily visible by the tractor operator, indicates the depth of work.
TRANSMISSION
The wheel of cutting is pulled by the driveshaft of the catch of force of the tractor via a limiter of couple of safety and of a case returns very solid angle. The absence of any drive chain improves safety and reduces the maintenance costs considerably.
COLLECTING AND LOADING
The wheel is completely locked up and all spoil is directly charged on the conveyor. The conveyor can be raised in driving position which reduces the width of the machine to less than 160 cm for transport on road and the arrangement.

A hydraulic flow of more than 35 liters/minute is necessary for the control of depth and the conveyor. Crawling or hydrostatic speeds are recommended and a reduction of 4:1 is necessary for the trenches of great dimension and to work in the hard grounds.
The change of blades is carried out easily and quickly with a pin drift and a hammer. |
