The possibilities of this trenchers make it possible to use it in many situations where the access is difficult or impossible. Chain and standard knives for normal grounds or special support and chain with points carbides for hard grounds and roads. Dimensions of the trenches are easily adaptable 125 to 300mm out of only one chain and until 550mm on two chains twinned. Maximum depth of 1.6 meters.

IT OFFERS:

CHAINS AND TEETH
Roller chain of 75mm with steel teeth silicone manganese with edge of reloaded work. Option of points tungsten carbides for the hard and abrasive grounds.
Special for the very difficult conditions and cutting in the roads: roller chain of 102 mm very great resistance, provided with teeth alligator with points tungsten carbides.
DIMENSION DISTINCT
Chain 75 mm: choice four depths maximum of 100, 120, 145 or 160 cm and widths of 125, 150, 250 or 300 mm out of only one chain and of 175 with 550mm up to 1.0, 1.2 or 1.4 meter of depth when they are assembled on two chains working one with with dimensions of the other. Chain 102 mm: choice of maximum depths of 100, 120 or 140 cm and widths of 200, 250 or 300mm out of only one chain and of 175mm with 550mm with twinned chains.
CONTROL OF DEPTH
When the trenchers works on line with the center of the shovel, the depth of work can permanently be controlled or modified with the hydraulic actuating cylinder of the cup.
For work as a deportee, the constant depth of work must be regulated before starting to dig. It is possible, in option (ZV101), to put two hydraulic actuating cylinders on the trenchers, making it possible to modify the depth of work easily. It is possible also to adapt an automatic check of depth of work with laser guidance.
